if they measure rt to privacy and sec 377 on same yardstick den they should make sure that its will be private no one get to know about such relation, if implemented,which is not practically possible.
we all are well aware that behind the close door everything is happening,but it is liberty and democrary of our country that judiciary is not bragging into personal space of any one until it is threat to someone life.
people will consider 377 as cake walk for gay marriage for which our society is still not prepared. Laws are made to robust peaceful life among citizens simply passing law will not work on the ground level. First people must get acquainted with it and then handling must be given in hand of judiciary because in such issue bottom up approach work rather then vice versa.
We want everything but still not ready for anything properly so how its going to work

I think abolition of IPC377 may create nuisance in future as what is pvt today may become public tomorrow.
E.g. Male female relationships were shown in form of emotion in movies but now they show it openly (only hiding genital parts). This already has provoked society and rape crimes has escalated in literate as well illiterate societies.
If IPC377 were removed, in future it will be showing on movies and crime against underdeveloped boys will also escalate. Girls are already in danger, it will create danger to minor boys too. Such crimes already exist but we should take steps so that it can't be increased.

the ipc section talks about criminalizing the action against the nature of god. During the British era the population was too less and they want more and more population for own their benefit like to increase military power and many more. But now india is suffering from overpopulation if they will decriminalize all these activities then isn't it will be helpful in controlling population index.Also it will encourage the married couple who doesn't have child to lead a happy life like if lgtb community is leading a peaceful life then y can't they. it will also reduce the burden on govt to provide facilities to orphan children as people will start adopting more and more children.

I think all this action should be strictly criminalize in public area specially transgenders action so that people will feel secure from their harassment through transgender. If we want that equality should follow the path of constitution then equality should be provided to both side then only the real purpose of constitution would be fulfill. Also there should be law which will govern that if any person is harassed by lgtb member then strick action should be taken against them.
