section 377 ko remove kr dena chahiye because everybody has right of freedom of life.
sir,i am not totally agree with you on padmavati movie issue.you said that padmavati is not real story and only based on Malik Mohammed jaysi'story .so,people should stop the protest.
It may be only jaysi's story.Ramayan Mahabharata,Paigambar,Isa masih also may be only a story but these story became our culture and society and include into our daily life routine.
so,it is not right to say that it is only a story so nobody has right to protest it.
Everybody has duty to respect other culture.
If CBFC has given certificate of film,then movie must realise in all states of country without restrictions.people should stop the protest and believe that their is no any wrong point in film about Rajput culture.

Yes …..for sure. …it should be decriminalised…..we have right to privacy….bt on the other hand criminalising gay sex infringes the right to privacy , right against discrimination and right to life ….isn't it contradictory….one should have freedom of choosing one's physical partner….and acc. To my opinion criminalizing gay sex amounts to moral policing ….we have right to freedom and equality …..sc should act as custodian of our rights and not itself involved in infringing them….

Section 377 Should be decriminalised. It is vague in its implementation due to various things, also an interesting point to note, under section 370 of IPC which deals with sexual exploitation or rape is having 7 years of imprisonment and here in Section 377 there is imprisonment of 10 years, so it's as if you are getting extra 3 years of punishment for taking consent of other person.
Section 377 was brought in India by Britishers in 1861(British Raj), So people who are saying it's against Indian Culture should give it a second thought. And Britishers were sensible enough to give rights to LGBT in 1967 and many others countries too have understood value of 'life' and 'choice' in every form, Then for what reason are we holding on to this cruelty.
And most importantly it's in contradiction with are Fundamental rights.
So we should look at bigger picture and should keep human dignity and happiness first.

The issue of homosexuality should be decriminalized because every one is equal to the Constitution of india.
The evolution of homosexuality started as a part of IPC in 1860 by Lord Macaulay.Hence it is the english law which we are following.
The correct definition for homosexuality is not been defined anywhere,it has been stated as other than normal.
As many countries have now decriminalized this practice,so now the time has come that we should learn from international experience.

May be 377 decriminalized hona chaiye

i think it should be decreminalised beacause according to article 21 we have right to life and on the other hand indirectly we are not allowing bisexual..transgender to live their life in their own way..so it should be removed from the criminal section .. nd i dont find it against nature ..some rules can be made that these things do not happen in public but not only for them but for all..

Section 377 should be modified in favour of individual not religion special to remove developing country name to developed country to India
