Good morning sir the answer for the first question Arctic Council consists of 8 States US Canada Denmark Finland Netherland Iceland Greenland Russia and Norway Sweden 6 states are permanent members of Arctic Council and most of the countries are Scandinavian countries Scandinavian countries means which are healthy happy and prosperous without any inequalities
