Passive Euthanasia ( The Will To Die) mandates the vegetative state or incapacitation of the patient where recovery from the concern disease is nullify. It's different from Active Euthanasia, in latter, there are some chances of recovery– As I told earlier in former the disease recovery is tends to Zero.
As part the Supreme Court verdict involving Aruna Shanbaug, died In 2015 suffering from some heinous disease and In a Persistent Vegetative State (PVS), the court quashed his earlier verdict and allow Passive Euthanasia on behalf of Aruna Shanbaug.
In such a diversified country like India which comprises different culture, religion, custom, ethics and tradition: allowing Passive Euthanasia is now subject to concern.
Nowdays many cases like abandoned of parents by youth in the old age home, bother them in their old age. To protect them( parent) from the misuse of Passive Euthanasia by their chindren, the Supreme Court must make some strong guidelines, law and implications of these guidelines at the ground level. if any infringement of law, strong action should be taken against the accused.
Apart, patient dignity is paramount, it's up to them to choose life or want to die(On Concerned condition). According to the Constitution Part 3 under article 21 no person cannotdeprive some one life and person liberty.
Time will tell how things be implemented by the Government.

Euthanaisa is a practice of ending life if any human or animal is suffering from any incurable disease. It is widely termed as assited suicide or mercy killing.

It is mainly of two types:

Voluntary euthanasia: It is a practice with consent. Means before being ending ones like it should be mandatory for the patient to be agreed that he or she is about to kill his or her life. Countries like UK, the USA, Switzerland etc are in favour of this.

Involuntary euthanasia: It is a practice without consent, means if the patient is not in a condition of ending his life in such case another person or relatives would conduct it.

Although, life is precious but sometime it seems tough to survive because of some incurable diseases. Death with dignity is better than having a life with pity. Euthanasia is a smooth way of having a good death to the one who is continuously suffering either its a human or an animal. Though,terminating life is never ever be a good decision of anyone. On the other hand , squandering a life full of pain is hard to handle. It is also pertifying to see your child, parent, any friend or relative in so much suffering. It has been said that one time crying is better than crying for a long. People who are elite may afford and handle such situations with little ease but for the Poor's its hard to cope with. Due to financial instability they suffer financially as well mentally too. For saving one life a middle class or a lower class family have to sacrifices so much. After so much of sacrifices the patient definetly lives for sometimes but he or she lives relentlessly and living a relentless life is never be a good choice its like a burden on the family as well as on the patient too. Euthanasia may be hard to accept but undoubtedly it will give an easy death to the terminally ill people or animal. So, if a patient is ready for an assisted killing then it should be legalized by the law, beacuse it is his life and he must have the right to decide what he has to have with it in such pitful circumstances
