  9. Underwriter___ As per the underwriting commission ,if a company wants to sell their shares they must have received 90% application form. That means before selling they have to receive 90% application form ,then they can issue the share in the market.But sometimes it not possible to sell 90% directly. So the company take help form outside,which help the company to sell their share. The mediator who take the responsibility to sell the share is known as 'UNDERWRITER'… sometimes the underwriter can't sell all the shares ,So the remaining shares are purchased by the underwriter.
