Thankyou very much sir…. Sir I'm directly belong to village, practically the rural farmers misuse loans which r provided by govt.. They invest loans in luxurious things like bikes, cars as well as other basic luxurious appliance and now a days they thought that abt loan waivers, if bank will punish them they will be stand for strike however there is also error in govt policy as well as banks, they provide loans to some specific farmers in a term of money extortion
