  4. keshvanada bharti case(1973) – gave the concept of basic structure……….

    * 86th CAA of 2002 :
Added new article 21A – Right to education….
Made change in dpsp art.45- Early childhood care and education for children upto 6 yrs .
And also added 11th fundamental duty…- It should be the duty of ward to provide opportunities for education of children between 6 to 14 yrs

  5. Education is fist goal of the govenment when it comes to development.Because our having most number of youth compare to the other countries and govenment will provide education and skill together then they not getting an work according to thei skill and if they getting job then according to their skill they can start their own bussiness. So govenment have to focus both education and skill development. In some states govenment have started this inititative.
reforms 1-when you go to the ground level reality is different, teachers are not educated enough so that they can answers a normal questions so we have to focus the slection procedure of the teacher.
2-And rural areas parents are not educated enough that our govenment paas and amendment related to provide education to their children, so we need to make one committie so that they can go the rural area and everyone regarding they govenment policies.

  6. Education is one of the most important pillars for a country to progress whether economically or socially. There have been various reforms in the past regarding education like:
    – The 42nd amendment bringing education from state to concurrent list
    – The 86th amendment making education the fundamental right
    – Including the education in fundamental duties as the responsibility of every guardian to provide their child the opportunity for education
    – Right to education enacted in 2009
Also there have been various schemes to bring as many children under the ambit of education like sarva shiksha abhiyan, mid day meal scheme, various scholarship schemes etc.
However various reforms that could further complement the existing education sector are:
    – Including the children under the age group of 14-18 under the right to education , so that children could complete upto 12th class
    – The access to internet and computers should be ensured at the educational institutions to the children
    – The stress should not be on theory but also practicals should be focussed equally
    – Innovative methods should be adopted by the teachers to make classrooms interesting
    – Children’ s interest should also be noticed, if interest is on fine arts, or sports and accordingly the child should be groomed, the policy on education should not be of one size fits all
    – Learn with fun, and learn with work, should actually be followed, small activities make learning more effective
    – The problem is seen regarding resources like teachers availability, no proper infrastructure and so on. For this, the expenditure on education should be increased. Proper audit of the money spent on education should be done and the future expenditure should be in accordance with the performance of the scheme
