should the 4 judges have dissented publicly –
we cant say whether they sholud dissented in public or not . the dieentement is depend upon the situation they face .
we have 3 bodies lagislative ,executive , judicciary each of them have there duties to serve . but if problem aries in btw them we cant claim that they should solve problems hidely or secretly it just the way which depend on the flow of situation if situation too difficult to tackle let it should dissent in public and public should also behave maturely (the offcer who are serving these bodies job are also normal person )the judeges have issues with in there judiciary if they are in front of media for that then it not the big issue if they do this one time it can be question mark on them if the judiciary circularly do this .

In a democratic country like India, the Judiciary system secures justice to all its citizens. If today the same Judiciary system is in danger, our democracy is in danger. To protect our democracy and to safe guard
our trust in the Judiciary system, the four senior judges had to appear before media as media is the ultimate source to connect to people. When the case of Justice Loya was handed over to a bench of judges which is accused for not giving a neutral judgment from the previous cases, there was a need of someone in the system to come forward to protect trust of people on Judiciary system. Hence the action taken by the judges are to be considered to safe guard the trust of people on Judiciary system. As Justice Chelameshwar said, tomorrow no one should say that, we sold our souls.
For the people who say, these matter should be solved internally, the question is, how long do you expect them to wait and try solving? Till another biased judgment comes out or till a Supreme Court Judge(Justice Loya) himself is denied of justice? And if this happens, what about the trust of common people in our Judiciary System then?
