Answer is D

Q2)Stringent law and potential inquiry is must for judiciary procedure because it will deter people from doing such actions which impedes the person,society and our nation.Taking example of Mecca no robbery takes place here inspite of shops are never closed here and then considering West Asian countries entirely cases of female molestation are rare in number because public are afraid of stringent judiciary action but in India especially in case of rape now culprit are burning or killing the victim why because they know our judiciary and their tedious procedure and corruptions prevaling in and around.
Sometimes it happens that when one impose harsh punishment on a mistake it can in other way effect strongly over the mind of culprit and could make him commit a bigger crime as it was done before by him. On the other hand if you consider a case of terrorism so if you increase the punishment of the terrorist does it stops the terrorism it can in turn be lethal it’s not that one should not be punished instead it’s important that a punishment could bring a positive change in the society. For instance if you consider history during Mughals they were mainly focused over the harsh punishment but it doesn’t lead to the end of the problems instead it increased the anguish and hatred in the society….
👉brazil capital -> Brasilia
👉 1- (d) strong nuclear force z the strongest force in all the existing force
strong laws and harsh punishments generates a sense of fear..there are certain countries whose harsh punishments for non crime activities which they call crime is not fair. our country is liberal, we are given full freedom but sadly the laws are too liberal even for the heinous crimes.sometimes the sense of fear generated by harsh punishments proves important to reduce the crime rate in a country like India. Also, a country which is too liberal for everything it will actually be democratic to perpetrators to proceed with the crime without any fear and it will be worst than a dictatorship for innocents who don't get proper justice. Justice which is delayed or which is improper is merely a miscarriage of the whole system of justice..
punitive punishment suppresses the criminals and crime but in order to abolish it completely one has to evoke the voice of one's instinct. For this to happen it is really important to nurture the children with moral values, equity, altruism etc from a tender age in order to obtain a crime free generation..impact will be slow but permanent…

It would be helpful if instead of just telling the answers you can discuss them for a minute. It would make things more clearer for those who were unable to choose the correct answer
Can strong law and hash punishment stop the crimes in our society?
Law and harsh punishment is necessary in our society but it is not proper solution for stopping the crime. They have so many reasons for committing the crime so we have to try to understand about those reason..
