As per my opinion, there should be a post of Governor. Rather then abolishing the post, we should make some certain changes in it like clarification on chaos situation when there is lack of majority & political intervention should be stopped.

In my opinion regarding India being a rape capital is people are not fearful of the consequence . Law is lengthy and justice takes time. If law is strictly enforced no one will even think of such activities. Till this is not insure it will go on and we will discuss in article that's all.

The article 51A containing fundamental duties was inserted by the constitution 42nd ammendment act , 1976 with effect from 3 Jan 1977 .
