  1. Most nights I get between 7 and 8.5 hours of sleep. There are levels to how I will feel if I don't get enough sleep. If I get 6-7 hours, I will be OK, but not great. Anything less than 6, though, and I am so tired that I feel terrible all day! I have always wished I could sleep less and feel ok!

  2. in the normal days, I sleep almost 7 hours, but now because I have too much stress for my TOEFL exam which is in 18 days from now, hardly I sleep 4 hours. I feel exhausted and kinda depress!
