India should intervene between USA and NK because India has a good relation with both and a good trading partner also..If the meeting doesn't goes as per plan then some impact may fall on the trading or fund transfer relation of India and both the party..

Post of Governor in the state( issues and solution):
If we do an analysis then we can say that Governor of states. is the most criticised post in the India political system. The main reason the procedure of the appointment and removal from the post.
– The appointment is done by the president and also the duration of the post depends on the pleasure of the president.
– So anytime president can remove the governor. This kind of procedure increases the amount of politics involved. As we all know behind the curtain the council of ministers in working so post of the governor has become a political puppet which controls the state administration.
– If we look into the roles and responsibilities assigned to a Governor then this chair plays a very crucial role to maintain the concept of federalism. Governor is chain between central and state administration.
– Governor post was made to implement the state policies in order to maintain a national level synchronization and also it is a logical instrument to keep track over the activities done by the state government.

Despite having these many good and valuable responsibilities often the central government want to have their biased representatives in the states so that they can control them. These affect we have seen in the recent elections.

But what are the solutions?
– The post of the governor should be provided independent working style so that it can play an unbiased role.
– Recommendations provided by various committees:
(a) Sarkariya commision:
1. Post of the governor should have a tenure of 5 years and should not be disturbed apart from an exceptional case.
2. State chief minister should have a say in the appointment of the governor. This step would eliminate the complete dominance of the state.
3. Governor should be removed before his tenure only on the grounds as if aspersions are cast on his morality, dignity, constitutional propriety, etc.
(b)Punchhi commission
1. The person who is slated to be a Governor should not have participated in active politics at an even local level for at least a couple of years before his appointment.
2. Governor should not hold for the pleasure of the center. This part should be amended by the constitution and state government should decide the removal process.
3. The state legislature should be provided some power to represent the share of interest of the state government so that Governor will not become a biased entity towards the central government.
(c) Supreme court:
– Central government should not make any random decision about this post and for every decision, they should present some strong reason.
– A decision on removal of a governor can be challenged in the court.

conclusion:
– The main issues about this post are the random of the procedure and biasedness towards the central government. The state government has not said in any decision made for this post. It will be good decision to implement some of the recommendation provided by the various committees. Governor post should be given a security of tenure like other constitutional post of UPSC, CJI etc.
