The “”Analytical Writing”” section of the GRE is the first section aspirants are faced with while attempting the GRE. If essay-writing tasks aren’t tough enough, the GRE kicks it up a notch by testing not only the ability to express ideas with clarity and precision, but also one’s powers of analysis:

1. Are you able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of different positions?
2. Are you able to compose a cogent, convincing argument that builds on a logical flow of thought?
3. Are you able to substantiate your claims by developing compelling examples for them?

Here is the recording of the webinar where we provide tips on how to approach these prompts critically, organise your ideas and manage your time effectively!
