Hi, I have completed my bachelors in zoology from institute of science BHU and also pursuing my MSc here so I kind of know the selection criteria pretty much well for both the ug and pg courses so i wanted to highlight a point you mentioned… Well during counselling they surely check your academic qualifications for sure but that is really really not counted as a selection criteria.. Weightage is simply given to marks got in the entrance and as of the cut off it depends on the level of question paper.. 50% is not necessarily enough for getting a seat for a general student in pg
