A command economy, or a planned economy, is where the big decisions are made at the centre by the government.In an economic system the main decisions are, for example, allocating resources like labour, capital and oil. Prices, too, are controlled. In a command economy, these decisions are taken by a central body, usually the government. This system contrasts that of a market economy where all the economic actors involved take decisions. The benefit of a planned economy is that the planning body has (supposedly) perfect information, and can make a better decision than in the market economy. Countries at war sometimes command their people to make things the war needs. On the other hand A market economy is an economic system where decisions regarding investment, production, and distribution are based on the interplay of supply and demand,which determines the prices of goods and services.The major defining characteristic of a market economy is that investment decisions, or the allocation of producer good, are primarily made through capital and financial markets. This is contrasted with a planned economy, where investment and production decisions are embodied in an integrated plan of production established by a state or other organizational body that controls the factors of production…

Sir I want to asking a question except this matter ,my question from political science .Sir when 86th amendment had become in 2002 then RTE came in to force in 2009,why? because both amendment related to each other, both act was coming for elementary education for child. Approximately both acts are same so I want to know that what is difference between these acts pls explain for me pls sir pls I requested to u pls sir
