won't a be 56 as all the bottom five are taken equal to be as 55 , how will we able to label them as bottom five if another variable i.e. a is also 55?

Sir, if we consider 'a' as 55, it would be possible for a to form a part of the bottom 5. For a to be definitely part of the top 5, it has to be 56, right? Can you please explain that part?
