Here, I am answering the questions in following points.
1. The Modi Government has sets its goals on the idea of – 'Doubling Farmers Income in 5 years'.
The Union Government has constituted 8-member inter-ministerial committee to prepare a blueprint for doubling farmers’ income by 2022. The committee will be headed by Ashok Dalwai, Additional secretary at the Union Agriculture Ministry.
2. Direct Seeding:- Direct seeded crops require less labor and tend to mature faster than transplanted crops. In this method, plants are not subjected to stresses such as being pulled from the soil and re-establishing fine rootlets. However, they have more competition from weeds.
3. Happy Seeder:-  The Happy Seeder is a tractor-mounted machine that cuts and lifts rice straw, sows wheat into the bare soil, and deposits the straw over the sown area as mulch.
Yes, Happy Seeder can reduce delhi pollution, if farmers will use happy Seeder instead of burning there rice straws.
4. Berate:- scold or criticize (someone) angrily.
5. Furore over 'de-registering with stroke of pen'. it was written in The hindu.
6. The current minister of corporate affairs is  Mr.Arun Jaitley.

But here in the CSR Work by private companies, The private companies adopting the Heritage Monuments must form a committee consisting of Historians and Archaeologists. …It must also submit regular report to PMO office and a copy to Archaeological Survey of India !

(A) In Direct Seeding method the plant is seeded directly in the farm or garden etc, in contrast to traditional method of transplanting the germinated plant to
the farm in the secondary stage.

(A)Happy seeder machine can simultaneously cut rice,lift the straw, sow wheat and then deposit the straw over the sown area as mulch.
