  4. Sir this is what reply I got when I filed a grievance for starting India Google and Facebook:-
    This is in reference to you grievance on PG Portal Registration No. PMOPG/E/2018/0002279 dated 2nd January 2018.

    We would like to inform that, recognising the importance of data protection and keeping personal data of citizens secure and protected, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, on 31st July 2017, vide OM No.3(6)j2017-CLES,constituted a Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Justice B N Srikrishna, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India. The Committee comprises of members from Government, Academia, and Industry, with the aim of studying and identifying key data protection issues and recommending methods for addressing them. The objective was to ensure the growth of the digital economy while keeping personal data of citizens secure and protected.

    A White Paper was released on 27th November 2017 to solicit public comments on what shape a data protection law must take. The comments received are currently under the process of examination. The Committee is expected to draft aData Protection Bill as the outcome of this exercise.

     

    The Concerns raised in your grievance would be taken cognizance of by the committee.

    (A) Y.V Reddy was the chairman of 14th Finance Commission.

    2. What are key concerns about IOT?
    (A) Some of the key concerns on IoT are-
    (i) Repercussions of the self-conscious world of machines on the human civilization.
    (ii) Impact on the job scenario.

    3. Is wifi connectivity in running flight a good idea?
    (A) In my personal opinion wifi connectivity in a running flight is a good idea.Because of the following reasons-
    (i) It will keep them updated on their correct position via GPG
    (ii) Any mishap in the flight can be reported to the world in real-time
    (iii) It will provide a source of entertainment through the internet.

    4. Justice delayed is justice denied.Explain.
    (A) The judicial axiom of justice delayed is justice denied carries its own weight. It emphasizes on the speedy trial and quick delivery of justice lest which the burden on the victim becomes exacerbating. Hence for any democracy with strict rule of law adherence, speedy justice is the inalienable ingredient.

    5. Meaning of cutting the Gordian Knot.
    (A) Gordian knot- an intricate and involved problem.

    6. Pioneer of PILs in India.
    (A) Justice V.R Krishna Iyer and Justice P.N Bhagwati were the pioneers of PILs in India who relaxed the norms of locus standi.

    7. What is GDPR? How will it alter the operating mechanism of Google and Facebook?
    (A) GDPR- General Data Protection Regulation. This is the EU based legislation which will be enforced from 25th May 2018.
    GDPR will legalise user privacy on the online platforms and put various restrictions on the online platforms from misusing the user data.

    (A) MeitY – Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology

    10. What was NEP? What is factor market reform?
    (A) NEP- New Economic Policy. In the Indian context, it refers to the Indian LPG reforms during the 1990s, pioneered by our Late PM P.V. Narasimha Rao.
    Reformation of factors production i.e. land, labour, capital & entrepreneurship is known to be as factor market reform.

    11. Maximization of revenue vs maximization of the public good. Comment.
    (A) In public policy making on the auction of the national resources, the pertinent question that arises is the dichotomy between Maximization of revenue
    & maximization of the public good. While maximization of tax revenue will make the ultimate use of ultimate resource way expensive the other side i.e. maximization of public good inviting lower revenue for the State.

    First of all greetings from my end.

    I'm A defense aspirant and is preparing for the defense services. I got 14 Times rejected from my SSB interviews from multiple boards. More to come in this and next month again.

    It's a humble request to you to help all of us with your lectures.

    Also, i would like to add that the way, the tempo, the energy and the information that your video lectures provide are very effective in every aspect. I even cant say AWESOME to a tremendous faculty like you.

    I'm expecting a kind reply with WARMTH OF YOUR BLESSINGS for my upcoming SSB INTERVIEWS. May My country get a good and a deserving officer TO PROTECT THE FRONTIERS.

  21. Sir i was watching a documentary on whistleblower , these giant companies also track our typing pattern and based on algorithm they deduce that our user is whether literate or some new guy to technology . Based on that game of manipulation starts.
