Sir..I would like to share my view in the subject of "cattle "India has a mass volume of cattle and it can be used as a dividend and also govt make its best effort towards it by launching govt scheme like"GOBARDHAN" i.e Galvanising organic bio agro resources..::: that focus on managing and converting cattle dung and solid waste from farm and field to useful compost biogas. It also help in
A) keeping Village clean
B) generating energy
C) generating wealth from waste
My suggestion is that sir hamare gaon mn y Sahar mn bhut waise log hai jinke paas khud k cattle nhi hai if they are provided cow ,buffalo along with the GOBARDHAN scheme then they can independent enough to make their means and get employed and when the cattle will old ,despite their lack of milk production their dung can be used in bio gas so no need to slaughter cattle.. also it generate self employment to whom ..who are unemployed q ki y scheme(GOBARDHAN) kewal unhi tak simit rah jayegi jinke pass gaaye hai ….if they have cattle they can achieve two things
1)they have self employment (milk production)
2)they became beneficiary of scheme bcz now they have own cattle….
