  3. Sir this is very much similar to boodhi booster course. That was, I believe, first online service being provided by you. There you used to provide 5 days a week editorial analysis of not only The Hindu but also from other news papers.(yes completely free of cost) You promised us that boodhi booster will always continue and when it stopped we couldn't ask anything because we were not paying any fees for that.
Now you are charging 8400 for the same. I believe it's a great business strategy and shows your entrepreneurial skills. One more step towards professionalism.
I do believe that 8400 is too much for this course.

  4. Dear Sir,

    Q3)

  8. List of Question and their answers asked by the Sir.👏👏For Sandeep Sir.

➡1) What are your thoughts about E- Voting conduct via Mobile Phone ?
⏩✔ E- Voting concept is very good.
✔You can vote via Internet where the voter submit their vote electronically through election Commission Web site or app.
✔ The main benefit is the vote count very speedy. In Brazil, vote count result declared only in after 75 minutes of the election.
✔ It can accessible in all over the country.
✔The Negative point is election frauds become possible.

➡2) What your thoughts about Political violence in West Bengal?
⏩✔I feel true politics is the establishment of just ideology. Bloodshed and violence can never be the answer to honest politics that can strengthen democracy.

➡3) Say something about special privileges and protection for denotified, nomadic and semi-nomadic tribes by Central government.
⏩✔ The reason behind the steps.
    ✔a. To specify the economic interventions required for raising the living standards of Denotified, Nomadic and Semi Nomadic Tribes by asset creation and self-employment opportunities;

    b. To recommend measures to utilize the existing channeling agencies set up for the economic development of SC/STs and OBCs for extending an economic development package to these groups, keeping in view their specific requirements; and

    c. To identify programmes required for their education, development and health;

    d. To make any other connected or incidental recommendation, that the Commission deems necessary.

➡4) How can be possible of trump model cut down to $200 Billion trade deficit with China ?
    ⏩✔It is almost impossible.
✔A current account deficit occurs when the value of imports (of goods/services/inv. incomes) is greater than the value of exports. Policies to reduce a current account deficit involve:
☑1 Devaluation of exchange rate (make exports cheaper – imports more expensive)
☑2 Reduce domestic consumption and spending on imports (e.g. tight fiscal policy/higher taxes)
☑3 Supply side policies to improve the competitiveness of domestic industry and exports.

➡5) What was the judgement of Supreme Court regarding to euthanasia ? What is living Will ? What is practically risk implement in India ?
⏩✔"The right of an individual to refuse medical treatment is unconditional. Neither the law nor the constitution can compel an individual who is competent and able to take decisions to disclose reasons for refusing medical treatment nor is such a refusal subject to the supervisory control of an outside entity,” said Justice D.Y. Chandrachud.
✔A living will is a document prepared by a person in their healthy/sound state of mind under which they can specify in advance whether or not they would like to opt for artificial life support, if he/she is in a vegetative state due to an irreversible terminal illness in the future
✔The 241st report of the Law Commission states that passive euthanasia should be allowed with certain safeguards and there is a proposed law—Medical Treatment of Terminally Ill Patient (Protection of Patients and Medical Practitioners) Bill, 2006 in this regard.
Passive euthanasia entails a patient being allowed to die by limiting medical intervention, not escalating already aggressive treatment, withholding or withdrawing artificial life support in cases that are judged to be medically futile.

➡6) What is Carte Blanche? Make a statement of it.
⏩✔Carte Blanche is Spanish language variant.
✔It means to act as one wish (Complete freedom).
✔The USA has given Carte Blanche to the Israel by cancle Iran nuclear deal.

➡7) What is peer-to-peer lending Company in India?
⏩Peer to Peer Lending in India is a concept which formalizes non-institutional lending between individuals. It is a platform for exchange between people who have money and people who need money in the form of a loan. People with excess funds can now extend a loan to borrowers anywhere across the country and earn returns on their funds in the form of interest.

➡8) Write on Crux of Indian cultural problem at WTO .
⏩✔India is giving a vast amount of subsidies and stockpiling buffer stocks in its FCI go-downs to its people. This is affecting the world in two ways

    1) Because of the subsidies given by India to its citizens , No other foreign company/FDI can have a fruitful business in India(as they cant sell even cheaper than subsideized food, doing so is just a loss to them)

    2) Because of the Minimum Support Prices(MSP) Indian farmers are more attracted towards only food grains which implies rise of our buffer stocks . Because of this , India is dumping its excess stocks into International Markets which is a big loass to global competetiors.

✔ So inorder to check these issues, Developed world(global markets are theirs mostly) and WTO are urging India to restrict its food subsidies to 10% of total buffer value and also to reduce its stockpiles. However India just started National Food Security Act and cant compromise to reduce both.

➡9) Key lesson to be learn for us from Mahathir Mohammed, who is from Malaysia.
    ⏩✔⏹Always admiration leadership capabilities
    ⏹Learn more and more things
    ⏹Dedication for the favourite project
    ⏹Great emphasis on Manners
    ⏹Consistency, punctuality and Reliability

  9. evoating will be best option for elections. But for that govt have to make and arrange proper infrastructure and also the good website….. because we have seen the what kind of performance given by GSTN website in starting.

  10. Hello team PT. Namahskaar. Is Proabodhan course available on a monthly subscription also? Sandeep sir mentioned that before. Please start monthly subscription also as it will further boost enrollmee=nts. Thank you.

  11. 1. What do you think e-voting with due checks? What are the various checks? What do you think about the political violence unleashed in West Bengal?
E-voting with due checks is definitely an idea worth considering especially in this technology driven era. In a world where digitisation is at its peak, e-voting would prove a boon for the citizens as well the government. Lot of time, money and resources are invested during elections which would reduce significantly as a result of e-voting. As with any other technology, this would face lot of hurdles but it is for us to ensure proper controls to avoid its misuse.

Various checks that can be built into the system:
It should not be possible for a vote to be altered or omitted
Only authorized voters should be able to vote. No voter should be able to vote more than one time
Votes should not be able to be modified, forged, or deleted without detection
No one should be able to determine how any individual voted
There should be authentic election records. There has to be an audit trail for any modifications made to the voting data.
Even in the event of numerous or major failures (such as loss of Internet communication), the system should be robust, and no loss of vote should happen
    Election system should be testable.

The Political violence in West Bengal is very sad. The state government and SEC should have ensured that the candidates are able to submit nominations by providing a secure environment. The elections should have been postponed till all the eligible nominations were duly received. Accepting the unopposed victory of 34% of candidates displays nothing but the failure of democracy due to misuse of power.

    2. What do you think about the move by government to bring in special privileges and protection for NT DNT and SNT?
In my opinion, India should do away with caste based privileges and protections. I agree due to caste discrimination in earlier years being at its peak, certain sections of the society were unable to grow and get good education. However, today the systems of reservations and protections must be based on economic and financial conditions of the people. As long as we keep such privileges, India would never come out of casteism and caste politics will always exist. We have to have a system where every citizen has basic rights of education, health etc irrespective of his caste. This move will further result in classification of more and more castes. Indian Government should work more towards eliminating the caste based system of privileges.

    3. Is the Trump model of forcing China to cut its trade advantage by 200 Bn dollars by 2020 really possible? If yes how? If no why?
This seems impossible because of the following reasons:
US exports raw materials to China and China then exports finished goods to US
Cost of production in China is low due to low wages as a result of low standard of living. As such, US gets cheap goods from China.
In order to reduce the trade advantage, US will have to increase its exports to China or reduce its imports. Reducing imports would mean creating a mission like “Make in America”. Goods produced in America would be definitely costlier than Chinese goods and US consumers would go for cheap goods rather than costly goods. If it were to reduce cost US would again have to outsource the production to Asian countries thus leading to loss of employment in manufacturing countries.
Thus, it seems impossible to achieve this aggressive target of reducing trade deficit set by Trump.

    4. What was SC’s judgement regarding Euthanasia? What is living will? What are the practical difficulties of implementing that in India?
Supreme Court passed an order on 7th March 2018 allowing passive euthanasia. The decision was made as part of the verdict in a case involving Aruna Shanbaug, who had been in a Persistent Vegetative State (PVS) until her death in 2015. A five-judge bench of the apex court headed by the Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra issued guidelines in recognition of “living will” made by terminally-ill patients.A living will is a written document allowing a patient to give instructions in advance about the medical treatment to be administered when he/she is terminally ill or no longer able to express informed consent, including withdrawing life support if a medical board declares that all life saving medical options have been exhausted
Hurdles in implementing Euthanasia in India:
    Opposition from religious groups
Relatives may misuse this option where the patient is not in a position to communicate

    5. What is Carte Blanche?
It means unconditional authority or full discretionary power.
“TMC seems to have assumed Carte Blanche as seen in the recent West Bengal Panchayat elections”

    6. What are peer-to-peer lending companies?
Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending is a method of debt financing that enables individuals to borrow and lend money without the use of an official financial institution as an intermediary

    7. What is the crux of agricultural problem in India?
America has lodged a complaint with WTO stating that India under reports the subsidies it gives to farmers. However, it is pertinent to note that the WTO has not revised the reference rates that it uses to measure the threshold limit of maximum subsidy to be provided since 1980’s. When measured against these prices, it is obvious that the amount of subsidies given would seem high.Till the time a permanent solution to this was found, India could continue giving subsidies as per the “peace clause” as agreed with US in Bali Ministerial Conference of WTO.

    8. What are the key lessons to be learnt from the victory of Mahathir Mohamad in Malaysia?
    1. Great power lies in the hands of citizens and they are capable of voting out a leader if he has failed in his responsibilities. Public good should always be the foremost priority for any government.
    2. Good politicians should make a come-back to save the country from ruining.
    3. The newly elected Malaysian PM would repeal GST and review agreements with China. Government should not hesitate to take bold steps if that would lead to nation’s development.

  12. 1) What are your thoughts about E- Voting conduct via Mobile Phone with due checks. ? E- Voting conducted via Mobile Phone with due checks will definitely solve some problems regarding macro-government involvement/spending. However still manipulation of INTERNET machineries (like the recent Facebook controversy in Donald Trump’s election results) cannot be ruled out.
    2) What your thoughts about Political violence in West Bengal? As I stay in W.Bengal I feel that What Didi’s TMS is doing is very opportunistic as she is a very clever lady knowing very well that the SEC is completely toothless (in absence of a proper amendment in the lines of earlier Panchayati Raj amendments) & it can do nothing when she has the majority 3) What is your opinion about the government's move to bring special privileges and protection for the denotified tribes, nomadic tribes and semi-nomadic tribes? I think this should be done away with 4) How can be possible of trump model cut down to $200 Billion trade deficit with China? Seems impossible as China has already emerged as a major exporter beating US due to its cheap goods. Trump needs to think some other models 5) What was the judgment of Supreme Court regarding to euthanasia? What is living will? What are the practical risks in implementing that in India? 6) What is Carte Blanche? Make a statement of it. Supreme Court passed an order on 7th March 2018 allowing passive euthanasia.
