  7. With increasing population our country is not collecting enough tax which creates burden on government to spend more taxpayers money. We need two child policy or higher percentage of tax to GDP. Only a corrupt free government can bring revolution in India else be satisfied with whatever is happening.

In 2002 he was been appointed as the judge in supreme court and currently leading commission for data privacy laws in India. He also headed sixth central pay commission panel, committee for separate telangana.

    Ans- If you see the similar but not so effective programmes like NCC as it gives youth the training in many senses but fails to give a Moto/Mission. They are doing it with different name just to make it more exuberant for students and country. I think the programme if implemented as it is proposed can be a great asset for India. And Arm forces are required in every areas either they are in sense of army, para military or Police. If Kids are already going through a disciplined programme it atleast guarantee the perfect mindset will be built for them and its not mandate to join any arm foces. So the interested ones will come out and give their best, this will not only give them employment chances as well as the better mindset/psychological aspect of the aspirants can be checked and recorded for further evaluation at the time of hiring. (So some time bodily fit but psychologically unfit persons gets their place in the arm forces and damage can be done there.

    Q10. What is a concept of dedicated freight corridors (DFC)? Why do we need them? What is the latest status report?
    Ans- Concept of DFCs are to have a separate railway line for the freight purpose. As the most normal cause to reduce the time that is caused because of both passenger and freight trains run on single line.
    a) Faster speed and GPS tracked trains will be equipped for these freight coridors.
    b) As they are electrical fuel based locomotive with 12,000 HP the highest in the world.
    c) They will help to reduce the pollution as they will replace those freight engine with diesel fuel based.
    d) And obviously as the electric fuel are used, trains are big than the freight prices will be low. These corridor will make a big place for india in export.

    For latest report as the Western DFC’s Atheli – Phulera as been tested with speed of 1000KPH and the rest to dadri(UP) will be completed till 15th Aug.

    Ans- Bonds that generate finance for environment/Ecologoy central projects are called green bonds. While the masala bonds were introduced in rupee as a denominator. Unlike other bonds Masala bonds was not a dollar bond. This is raised to be used in infrastructure works/development.

    Q13. Distinguish Horizontal devolution from Vertical devolution in the work of the Finance commission of India?
    Ans- Distribution of net proceeds b/w center and states is called vertical devlolution (which is 42% to the center and rest to the states) while the distribution of the incentive among states is called horizontal devolution.
    Q14. What exactly is the role and responsibility of Finance commission of India and under which Article of the constitution of India is it constituted?
    Ans- The Finance commission was constituted under the article 280 of the Indian Constitution by the president of India in 1951.As the major function of the finance commission is to distribute the net proceeds of the total taxes b/w center and states. And among states. The finance commission give its recommendations to the president about how much funds will be needed by the municipal and panchayats needing for supplementing their resources.
    Q15. What is the basic structure of the IMF and what is the role and responsibilities of IMF in today’s world? Who is the CEO of IMF?
    Ans- IMF simply is International organization which does the following three things.
    a) Surveillance of the economic growth over its member countries.
    b) Makes fiscal policy and also provide technical assistance, training and policy advice to its members through capacity building programme.
    c) Last the lending of money, IMF see if the member country is seeking loans is going through under economic distress than it loans the money by the pool of the money contributed through the member countries.

    Ncc give us a great plate form to join any defence services, but unfortunately from 1 years ago,many Ncc official says that, the opportunity which Ncc gives us like, join republic day camp, or other national camp for showing our ability #maybe ended some year after #
    This is very unfortunate ,bcoz govt of india, not really happy to finance ncc,
