In context of the BCCI News— I feel sir the kind of constant bashing BCCI receives is a general trend that we witness in India with many bodies/companies who earn/deal with moneys of the order most of us cant even imagine. For all of its faults, the positive outcomes that BCCI has delivered need some appreciation. Indian Cricket at the moment is far ahead of all countries. All players current, ex, local level etc. are earning handsomely(unlike any other sport). The riches are not just restricted to the Big Metro towns but penetrating deep down both in terms of opportunity to new talent and the Infrastructure being created. The IPL is creating large number of jobs for many sections. Women cricket is also getting its due recognition today(Again unlike any other sport where some individual brilliance do come forward time to time but no institutional setup is present that keeps churning out world class players)

So while it is true that there must be accountability, transparency that must be ensured, we must take care that we don't ruin the efficient work that is being done in the body and push it on the same path as other sporting bodies in our country which are so badly run that no one is even bothered about the wrongs taking place

I would like to inform here very imp thing that… Though Govt brought this RTI Act, 2005 for bringing more transparency and accountability in day to day business of the Govt which seems totally failed and useless.. now the CPIO / PIO are very fearless, molding Act as fits convenience, simply denying sensitive or corrupted info taking shelter under this Section, forbidding or giving false / partial info which ultimately not resolved the purpose of information seeker.
There are other reasons like the incapability of CIC which is main controlling body has totally failed to administer..there were lack of manpower and numbers of cases (in lakh) are still pending for hearing and final decision. E.g. in the first stage if Public Informer failed to provide information the applicant file appeal even not satisfied so in that stage he has to move CIC and wait…. the cases referred to CIC in 2013, still pending because of huge numbers of cases. Nobody will have that much patience to wait for simply getting info…and interestingly when finally its hearing comes then CIC which simply directing PIOs to provide the info urgently, thats it. This things also well understand by all the CPIO / PIO. This Act was initially played very imp role..but now its totally got fractured. On the other hand public also don't know how to apply rather than asking hypothetical questions, which makes simple to deny.

In this refinerie Saudi Arabia 50 % stack .other 50 % stack of Indian oil company.

But sir main ye kahna chahata hu ki hum iss refinerie ko Rajasthan ke desert area main nahi laga sakte Kya bcz waha per bhaut cum harness hogi environment ki.
Ratnagir district main wo iss ke establishment ke liye 15000 eakd land acquire Kar rahe hai jiis SE ki waha per crops .air, and konkan region ka damage Tay hai.
