    From the moment invaders arrived, breathed our air, ate and drank, they were doomed. They were undone, destroyed. After all of man's weapons and devices have failed, by the tinniest creatures that God with his wisdom put upon this Earth. By the toll of a billion deaths man had earned his immunity, the right to live among this planet's infinite organisms, and that right is ours against all challenges. For neither do man live nor die in vain.

    I liked it so much that I too memorized it. Credit goes to you.

    Message: In simple words the above paragraph is trying to tell that humans have been inhabiting planet earth among infinite organism, and these organism are capable of causing great harm to humans. However, man (today's human) has earned his immunity against all these organism by the sacrifices made by his forefathers (who were killed by these organisms). We have earned this right of inhabiting this planet by the sacrifices of our forefathers and no alien can snatch that right from us.

    I hope I was able to do justice in explaining such a beautiful piece of art.

  9. Ans of Ques as per my understanding:
    Ans 1 – Compliance rate down reason in GST It because less number of returns than registered users on GST portal due to portal problems, computer literacy etc.

    Ans -2- Composite Scheme GST- Small tax payers can pay at fix rate of their turnover and get rid of tedious process of GST filing, eligibility – if turnover is less than 75 lakh, it is 50 lakh in case of northan eastern states/himanchal.

    Ans- 3- E way bill system is simple implementation of GST on consignment movements of goods/package/moving package worth more than 50,000 either inter-state or intra state. Has been made compulsory from 1 april 2018.When eway bill is generated a unique e-way bill number(EBN) will be made available to supplier, transporter and receiver.

    Ans 4- This is related to intellectual properties resources, which are firmly protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents.
    When found some one used it without owner’s consent the user can be penelized as per law imposed.

    Ans-6- 27 GST council meetings have been happened.. last one was on 4th may 2018.

    Ans-7 – Structure of GST council takes one representative from each of 29 estates, 2 from Union territories and two union ministers).Union Finance Minister will be the chairmain

Compliance rate GST is low because of many reasons. One of the biggest reasons is lack of awareness about GST in some areas, lack of computer literacy, low connectivity, complex process of filling form and filing return, and many other glitches in GSTN. According to CBEC, only 64% of the eligible taxpayers file the return. This problem can solved by organizing outreach programs and spreading awareness

It is mandatory for registered persons, unregistered persons, transporters (as defined by the GST act)… However it is not mandatory if the mode of transport is not a motor vehicle. 4.     5. How exactly is 1 billion-dollar -> 6500 crore rupees? By what calculations have one arrived here? Is that the correct calculation? Million (No. Of Zeroes) = 3+(3×1) = 6,Billion (No. Of Zeroes) = 3+(3×2) = 9
    Trillion (No. Of Zeroes) = 3+(3×3) = 12;Now 1 Billion USD = $1,000,000,000
    Also,1 USD = INR65.00 (As on 26/06/2018) It fluctuates but is generally b/w INR60-INR70.Hence,the answer.

    7. What is the structure of the GST council? Who holds what power in that?
