Thank you Mam. Can you please resolve one query.
In Kihoto hollohan case SC ruled that party member need not vote along the party line unless the matter concerned affects the stability of Govt such as Budget, No confidence motion etc.
Then,
1. How come Schedule 10 after this judgement restricts Party member's freedom of speech (is it cause SC judgement is flouted?)
2. How come in case of Arunachal last year even when stability of govt. was in question, the party member joining other party were not charged under Defection and removed.
Please let me know Mam where i am lacking in understanding of this issue.
