Sir, on that argument of balance of shifting opportunities, now local people of Pune will benefit from it. Yes, I agree that people from Chennai have lost opportunities and some have even faced livelihood crisis, but on the other hand people of Pune have definitely benefited.
Doesn't this happens in a huge economy, afterall every action can not be pareto efficient!

I like the pic. After coronation, UP Govt sitting still, without action, breeding and watching the feathers of crime grow and cooked over the burning law and order, seems these are not visible to Yogi ji as he's carrying them unconcerned over the head.
