  2. Syllabus for UPSC aspirants should be practical oriented (Means questions should be asked upon the Training Period Syllabus) and questions on real life problems of IAS officers should be asked in Mains Examinations.

  3. Improvement in civil services can be done in my views by
1.filling the gaps present in training module
2.ground level case study over theoretical studies by probationaries
    3.Inculcating sportsmanship during training time
    4.Updation in selection procedure
    And list goes on …

Surely India will become sports hub if it started respecting true talents and giving them the accoladations that they deserved
Infrastructure and making sports compulsory in schools are also equally important

  4. Ways required improving civil services of India?
Answer of this question is the headline of article “Teaching ethics to aspiring civil servant. A wide scope debate”.
We shouldn’t quantify the issues and gaps because after same procedure we find some good and bad officers in society.
Rather than rule these conditions are the issue of wisdom, honesty, differentiation between self-respect and ego.
And to change it a model of moral conduct is needed in service.
E.g. it’s easy in schools to make rule, it’s easy in games to make rule. But the spirit to abide those rules comes with love, affection, attraction to that game.

A more deliberative text I tired below:
Rather than fixing the current issue the authorities need to take out more generalized way to check this.
As in his recovery of truth famous German philosopher Kant said, that there are 2 way to find the real truth
    3. To abstract all things that are unreal ( it is more hell to find odd 1 by 1 and fix them)
    4. To find out pure way to think and apply it (it’s easy to create an standard).
Although the government and institution are done a lot to standardize and this is the result that NPA and other institute are famous globally, but issue like these questions the credibility.
    It ruins:
     Faith in officers
 Questioning the concept of ethics, integrity, credibility of officers and institutions.
     Discourage aspirants.
    • It may raise question against interviewer & institution that they fail to judge and shape right.
    • Lessons of ethics, honesty, Integrity are missed in the life books of person who are choose to service or do they change the definition of these words according to their interest.
    • Govt is providing plenty to officers from house to salary this shows that it’s not money that matters. People indulging in these activities, alarming the need to focus psychology.
    • Ridiculous but concerning: Can we use a lie-detector test to judge right and wrongness od candidate while interviewing him
    • Because to pass exams toady is not so hard because big coaching plots all tricks that need to crack exams. Rather than hard work most aspirants tent to purchase those plots.
    Big question is:
 Are candidates who coming in service derive from nationalist felling of capitalist?
 They wanted to frame nation or wanted to frame themselves.

  5. 1ans) It is very difficult task to access a unknown person in a day or a week. The upsc board tries to see the original personality of the candidates. The most complicated thing in the world is human brain and to judge a person with different thoughts is a great task. The attitude of a person can't be judged by the own parents that's why we see many crimes happening around the world. Instead blaming some one the concept of ethics should be inculcated right from the early stage of the civil service. Should check the background where the candidate brought up. Person from a poor family has higher chances of having ethics again such assumptions gives a room for being judgemental. During probation and training the psychology of the candidate should be studied and this should be kept secret so that no one acts to be a good person. Jai hind

  6. One cannot blame the system as a whole for the error committed by an individual. Hence I guess there is no need of any hasty changes in the civil services, for the recent unpleasant event.
This event is purely due to the lack of integrity of the individual, which is contributed by the person's environmental situations and personal beliefs.
Knowledge can be taught in institutions at any point of time, whereas the values will be inculcated within throughout the life irrespective of time. (personal opinion)

  7. will India be a sports nation???

India is a country with rich culture, heritage and diverse history. But when we talk about sports we donot find such a good recognisition in hisory and among people. Sports are considerd as the activites for leisure time.

As per the question "can india be a sports country?" i would no with the following statements,

1 High emphasis on studies by parents even at lower ages and less scope for sports.

2 Very less support from the government in case of investment on sports person and equipments.

3 People like cricket a lot and rest other sports are not welcomed by people.

4 Traditional games like chess, kho kho, khabadi etc needs support from thr people.

We can become a sports country only if the people become physically active, socially concern and encouraging in nature.

  8. 1 Enhance cluster based promotion rather than hirachey based.

2 Domain or intrest specific departments should be allocated.

3 Improvement of training in the ethics at the acadamy.

4 Clusters and assoiation should be made for proper and regular transfers and also to for their security at work place.
