Mark, Hi! Александр read as Aleksandr – it's male name :). But it also can be a female name like АлександрА [Aleksandra] The "A" in the end of name shows that it female name. Alex in yours examples is short from Александр.
50%=50%☺
It is very simple to recognise in my case…In Sikhism we have "Singh" after a male names. There is a "Kaur"after female names. But former part of the name can be same for a male or female. It can be "Harjit Singh" or "Harjit Kaur"
I made 17/20 – Chris, Jordan, Sidney. Daryl can be both – there is a famous actress Daryl Hannah. In our language there is a clear difference between man and woman names – they or have exclusive names or an ending of the word shows whose name it is. Great quiz! I really enjoyed it! 🙂

We actually don't have unisex names In Kyrgyzstan but we have many names with similar roots and different endings.. For instance Nurgul and Nurbek, Aigul and Aibek, ending "gul" means flower this refers to female names, "bek" means strong or kind of king, and refers to male names ?
as I know in our language there is a little number of names is for both women and men (maybe less than 1%). our language is persian in Iran
I got 11/20
Thanks coach
