  3. this question took you 30 min approx to solve, assuming that you''ll be 50% faster when not explaining it would take you 15 mins, so lets us assume that without explaining you ll be 75% faster (just for arguments sake) it would still take you 7 mins 30 seconds.
    Best way to solve this is to simply ignore this question !
