GMAT Percentage Practice Question

This question is a word problem in percentage. Data on two parameters about a group or data set is presented. The effective way to solve such questions is by drawing a 2 X 2 grid. You should be able to answer such question in the GMAT in under a minute if you learn this method.

During the Thanksgiving weekend, a car rental company rented seven-tenths of the vehicles it had including three-fifths of the 4WDs with it. If 60% of its vehicles are 4WDs and the remaining are 2WDs, what percentage of the vehicles that were not rented were 2WDs?
