Together, Sentence Equivalence & Text Completion questions form around half the questions on the Verbal Section of the GRE!
Compared to RCs, they can be answered much faster, so you can boost your score quickly
However, they require more knowledge of Vocabulary (as compared to RCs)

Do NOT look at the answer options before you have a clear idea of what you are looking for.

MORE TIPS
In long questions, look for the clue in the part of the question that is most complete.
