Good evening to all of you….keep smile keep study…Ans of the day 1 .Impeachment of supreme court of india – (I) The procedure of removal of judges of SC is regulated by judge inquiry Act- 1968.(II ) Remove from office by order of the president , after address by parliament supported by special majority of each House.(III) First the removal motion will introduce one of the house of parliament if it passed with special majority of 2/3rd then it goes to second house which also has to pass with a special majority.(IV) After passed from each hause in special majority an address will represent by President for removing the Judge.Ans 2. Amaravati famous for"Amaravathi Temple Town". It is the ancient capital of Telugu ruler Satavahana dynasty.It is located on Bank of Krishna river in Guntur in AP.The foundation stone was laid on 22 oct 2015 at Uddanarayunipalem.Ans 3. Bretton Woods Institution established in "July 1944".The Bretton woods institutions are the world bank and International Monitary Fund. They are set up a meeting of 43 countries in Bretton woods, Bew Hampshire, USA. JAI HIND JAI JAGANNATHA.

Article 124(4) deals with CJI and other judges .It states that
A Judge of the Supreme Court shall not be removed from his office except by an order of the President passed after an address by each House of Parliament supported by a majority of the total membership of that House and by a majority of not less than twothirds of the members of that House present and voting has been presented to the President in the same session for such removal on the ground of proved misbehaviour or incapacity.

Also, the piece will delineate the problems; structural and application-wise, in the entire process of Impeachment. 5-Undavalli Caves are solid sandstone rock cut caves, located in Undavalli of Guntur district. The caves are located 22 km north east of Guntur City on a hillside and has a huge recreated statue of Vishnu in a reclining posture
6-Amaravati Heritage Centre and Museum is situated in Amaravati town on the bank of River Krishna. The Archeological Museum has majestic Buddhist monuments,galleries and elegant bronze statue of Lord Buddha.
