Is the jee exam, planned to be on Dec 2018, for the droppers of 2018 or for 2019 aspirants?

I am a dropper preparing for JEE Mains +Advanced 2019 .My question is that if Jee will be held twice an year then can a student appear both the times .And which student shud take Jee in December and which student in April ?

Sir, i have some questions regarding NTA.I am preparing for neet 2019.Ok so my 1.first question is "Neet exam is going to be held in December 2018 " is it so? But according to Notice it has been clearly written that NTA will conduct exam from 2019 . And my 2. second question is Neet exam from next year going to be held twice but student would be allowed to take only one exam per year.. Is it so? So much confused about what is going to happen…. Please help me out sir

Its my last attempt for jee mains and if it is helding in december i will be unable to prepare. Is there any way to skip dec exam and attempt april exam or will the both attempts are concidered as one attempt all

If nta is going to take over and according to news if it is going to be conducted twice in a year so will the no. Of seats in competition would be halved or will they get doubled??

As we know we have 2 chances to give jee. Now if nta jee happens in this year December will it be last chance for the dropper of jee 2018?

So,will the people appearing for JEE MAINS have to qualify both exams to appear for JEE ADVANCED?

What if NTA Conducts twice in a year NEET Online exam, How the total seats in a year 2019 would be divided. I mean to say If Student appears in May 2019 Neet exam and got selected then How the Seats would be divided because if student appears in NEET 2019 December and clear the exam then how they will get admission????
