  3. it was the worst decision from IBPS to split the exam into pre and mains. There are not enough no of vacancies. I am still not getting how will they get the specialists through this criteria. The reason is that people will good professional knowledge may not have good aptitude since they have focused more on their subject rather than apti. People with extraordinary aptitude may not necessary be good in professional knowledge. So accd to this criteria if cut off goes high then only people with good apti will clr.all of them may not have good subject knowledge. Thus mains cut off will be low and banks will not get the deserving people. Do remember it's not a po or clerk exam. Even if seats are less but still I don't think cut off will go high. It should lie arnd 70
