New Delhi: The JEE Advanced – mandatory IIT entrance exam will go completely online from next year, a member of the IIT Joint Admission Board (JAB) said. The JAB, which is the policy-making body on IIT admissions, took the decision at a meeting in Chennai on Sunday.
“The Joint Admission Board (JAB) at its meeting held on Sunday decided that JEE (Advanced) will be conducted in online mode from 2018 onwards.
“Further information regarding the examination will be provided by the JAB in due course”, Bhaskar Ramamurthi, Director, Indian Institute of Technology Madras and Chairman, Joint Admission Board (JAB) 2017, said while talking to media.
