IIT JEE 2018 Attention !??
3 BIG CHANGES IN RULES !!!
The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has notified the following 3 BIG changes in the JEE 2018 pattern :
NEW RULE #1
JEE (Advanced) 2018 will be conducted online !!!
NEW RULE #2
12th class marks will NOT be used (No Weightage) in calculating the Ranks in the JEE (Main) exam.
NEW RULE #3
The candidates need to secure at least 75% marks in the 12th class examination,
OR
Must be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the their respective Boards,
to qualify for the admission in the IITs/NITs/IIITs & other such CFTIs whose admissions are based on the JEE (Advanced)/ JEE(Main) ranks.
But there will be some relaxation for the SC/ST students:
The qualifying
marks for SC/ST students would be 65%
in the 12th class exam.
