MUMBAI/NEW DELHI: British Prime Minister Theresa May‘s plan to tighten migration rules and the protectionist policies being advocated by the US administration of President Donald Trump has presented a new opportunity to several European and Asian countries as well as Australia and Canada to market their universities to prospective Indian scholars.
