sir jahan tak maine padha tha iske baare main, proposal main bola h ki students ko 10 categories main divide kara jaega and then unme se selection Hoga iits main, like all students above 90 will be considered equal and similarly students from 80 -90 and so on… Sir according to me one more proposal should be there that is – Preference should also be given on basis on extra achievements like colleges outside India give because a student who achieves something more along with a good rank is more talented and developed as an individual. This will also promote children to find their interests and also learn something other than bookish world
