the lateral entry will boost plan and its implementation .
but their tenure shall be fix.chance of nepotism and favouring any particular thing should be checked.

Govt should make it manditory for Ias aspirants to hold some domain specific knowledge or degree and work experience.Also inspire them to go for higher study or project during their tenure and award incentives for their fruitful contribution.These ll bring new blood in the grand old body.

ias officer ko hi specialist bana do na. suppose an ias officer is an electrical engineer puts him in this power sector, put doctors in medical sector, person belongs to commerce as ca, cs, icwa put them in finance sector.they are also a type of specialist intheir field. suppose ias 2013 topper gaurav agarwal works for citi group in hongkong in finance sector put him in finance ministry,
dr artika shukla( ias 2015)put her in medical sector.

I think this scheme is not as good as it should be.. the government should create a ration of generalist and specialists so that no discrimination would take place.

And why are the IAS officers promoted after so long .. the government should think about it too.. And make some certain changes.

See according to me this can go in both the directions. I saw your video and i completely agree with you on the suggestion of letral exit for an IAS officer. Now my view point about the scheme is that it is not at all a good scheme. Since we all know government is funded by big companies, now if i own a company and i need to get a work done which the current IAS officer is opposing, I will simply ask the minister to appoint a person form my company as IAS officer. Since i donate money to the government, the minister will not have any problem appointing my men on the post and in this way i will get my thing done. If this scheme is to be implemented then there must be an interview round for the lateral entry officers where the thoughts of the peraon along with his experience should be checked.

Dusara WO jabb uski salary kamm hogi ton WO paise khayega .qu k WO koi charity karne ton aya nehi. Private sector me hamesha apana faida dekhana sikhaya jata hai . jabb us k salary pahile wali job se kamm hogi to WO bharshtachaar Jada karega. Baki private company me dusare k sir k uppar pair rakh kar age barhane k culture hots hai . WO apani habbite perseu karega. Hala k govt proffecer ko laga k us ka use kita jaye ton achha hai qo k study k karan us k ideas Jada kaam k ho sakte hai

acc. to me… There are lot of upsc aspirant who want to serve the country , as well as they are have Good knowledge about their specific field-
for example : someone did graduation in pharmacy , they have good knowledge about medicine … if Govt choose IAS with geopolitical, history, current affairs etc knowledge with that govt add one optional subject related to different ministry field…. which help govt in recruitment of IAS with also special reference to that specific subject , he /she will know how to deal with work and how will it affect our country as well as help to prepare proper planning toward that particular area that how it will goes more efficiently n help to growth our country economy

with today upsc syllabus should add one working specific subject example; pharmaceutical, engineering technology, law, architecture graduates etc
this will help without any conflicts … starting recruitment should be done in that way….

And during their work every year in gap pf 2-3 month should be an competitive event an program should organize so they can never be lazy toward their specific field and their passion for work toward it and their country by that.

The indian parliament is mostly led by amateurs who cant take prompt decisions and this Govt has really failed to a large extent.Democracy is at stake.Participatory Democracy must be adopted in india where citizens can take active part in various functions and the govt will be responsible for its acts and will be answerable to the citizens.

But for technical purposes there are IES officials too.
