Kochi: For smooth conduct of both JEE (Main) and JEE (Advanced) from the year 2018, the Ministry of Human Resource has decided to re-constitute the JEE Apex Board (JAB) with Former Director of IIT-Madras Prof. M.S Anant as Honorary Chairperson. The JEE (Advanced) will continue to be conducted by the JAB of IIT system.
There will be 18 members in the Board including Honorary Chairperson. Directors of IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, NIT Warangal, NIT Suratkal, NIT Trichy, IIT Delhi shall be the members of the JAB.
