Govt is initiating various measures to tackcle the problem of terriorism and promotion of youth.
Recently DINESHWAR SHARMA is appointed to look after the matters of J&k and come up with affective solutions. Various schemes are launched for the youth training and skill development such as UDAAN and HIMAYAT. Schlorship for the students wich come under SADBHAVANA.

Naxalities and Jammu and Kashmir situation has spread over the years geographically. Youth under the insurgent groups live under the vulnerable situation. Schemes started by the government in the Red Corridor are : 1) Left Wing Extremism Division was set up under the Ministry of Home Affairs to understand the situation and resolved the problems in Left Extremism Areas. 2) Integrated Action Plan was prepared by Government to bring Adivasis in the mainstream. 3) Sarva Siksha Abhiyan to provide residential schooling facilities. 4) for girls, Kasturba Gandhi Shikhsa Abhiyan to provide elementary education to girls and for secondary education Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan to provide secondary education to girls. For Youth affected in Jammu and Kashmir in insurgency and terrorist organization schemes started by Government are Udaan, Sadbhaavna and Himayat. Only plough on shoulder not guns on hand can bring development, there is no future for violence only by peaceful means there can bring development and prosperity in our country. Jai Hind

Jammu and kashmir struggling from emergency and terrorism since independence and then separatist moment futhar aggravated the problems institutional failure executive is also one of the couses for problems of J&K.
Prevent radicalization of youth ,anhilation of terrorist .
Reigning in communalistic tendencies by promoting peace and broader land in the region .
India focus many security challenges in form of separatist movements ,insurgencies and terrorism india should include.
Youth have to be provided job to avoid separatist ideas .The confidence of the people have to built upon the government .
The army with operations "Sadbhavna" is working for literacy ,health etc.
Naxalite movements J&K situation over the has geographically.
Government scheme for the youth affected by terrorist organization insurgeng group of J&K.
UDAAN, Sadbhavna, Himayat.
Many people success in terrorist area Jammu and kashmir Bilal Mohiuddin ,Shah fasal.
But due to lack of consensus among the political parties comprehensive strategy is difficulty to form .but implemented in government can being some stability in the region and since power is associated with every governance system so use of mililary to quelled the insurgents legitimate.
