After state's second counselling if some seats remain vacant then will they go for mop up round?or they will remain vacant as it is??

3rd round must be conducted by Mcc for all including Govt. Seats, as too late process due to court cases, and State counseling also hold kept abeyance, ACTUALLY, most of all States' students prefers own home state only through self- State process. And as we seen 1st round's result, so many Govt. Seats were vacant. So everyone should understand and demand 3rd round from mcc.nic.in web urgently.

I have allotted college in second round in deemed University counselling of MCC. College name[ A C S Medical College and Hospital Chennai]I know that I have in that college in choice filling.But when I check the college fee structure while choice filling in the website I not got any college fee structure,So that I have search the fee structure of that college in Google When I search in Google I got the college fee structure 15 lakh per year.But when I talk to the college de do me the fee structure of that college is 21 lakh per year .My budget is not so much that I can afford this college.
