Suppose I get seat in round 2 from all India qouta but I did report the college also then can take admission in my state qouta counselling.is there is some penalty rule in all India counselling.

Which state had the lowest cutoff in their respective mop up rounds. Alternatively can i be informed of the cutoffs of various states in their mop up rounds. I am an open category students from bihar. Since domicile is not required for mop up rounds i would like to apply in some states which have the lowest cutoffs in their mop up rounds.

you are right sir but west bengal mein thoda alag hai…waha pahele online reg. hoga phir document verification and after that result out hoga….phir sab ek hain…

I get 460 in neet 2018 I can get any Govt collage in rajasthan from obc category in mop up round counselling
If anyone don't do 1 & 2 round counselling then he can directly apply for mop up round counselling or not
