Sir pregnancy me GFR kyun badh jata hai? There was an assertion reason question from AIIMS jisme tha ki pregnancy me urine se glucose aata hai. Uske reason me tha ki tubular load badh jata hai glucose ka due to increased GFR aur maximum reabsorption ke baad bhi kuchh glucose reh hi jaata hai tubule me. Please explain ki pregnancy me GFR kyun badhta hai?
