But i have a doubt in 1st prblm:
Energy difference from 2 to 1= 13.6 – 3.4 =10.2eV
And from n=6 to n=2→ 3.4 – 0.38 = 3.02eV
This is using the Rydberg formula and it clearly contradicts your answer……correct ans should hv been 2 to 1 coz that gives a photon of much higher energy….
And btw the energy levels in hydrogen are drawn much wrongly…theres a huge gap between the first two energy levels and it decreases drastically as we go to higher energy levels…..plz make necessary corrections….a lot of students trust and rely on exam fear .
