one every independence day, i eagerly wait for JALEBI(round-round stop sweets) and LADDU which were distributed in my school. But that days are passed and i still miss my school days and LADDU and JALEBI.

Happy Independence Day sir …. i am from Jammu…. that’s how I celebrate my Independence Day… there is a government school near by my place and I visit that place for flag hoisting ceremony, I stay colour coordinated means I dress up in tri colour as it adds an extra punch to my holiday feeling. In fact, i ask everyone in my family to wear colour coordinated clothes. If i plan an outing, I ask everyone I am meeting to be dressed in the tricolour. I also watch patriotic movies to add the flavour of Independence like Border , Rang de basanti ,Lagaan , Shaheed. I also get in my chef mode and try tri-colored dishes , I especially bake a tri-colored cake or try tri-colored dishes such as Rajma Rice with a green vegetable, macaroni with red and green bell peppers or a fruit bowl with fruits of all three colors. My Independence day ends up by reading patriotic books

On this independence day I talk to my parents & set a goal in my whenever I will get a good job they will get independence from their hectic schedule (specially father) to earn our expenses .on 15 aug of that year I will definitely make sure that this day will become the most memorable independence day of their life.
