– Forming Possessive Case
~ Point 1 – The possessive case is formed by adding ‘s to the
~ Point 2 – The Possessive Case is formed by adding only an apostrophe (‘) when the noun is plural and ends in s
~ Point 3 – where too many hissing sounds would come together we leave the letter’s in a few words
~ Point 4 – The possessive sign is formed by adding’s, when the noun is plural bur does not end in s
~ Point 5 – If two or more connected nouns tell about separate possession then the possessive sign will be applied on each of the nouns
~ Point 6 – The possessive is put to the latter noun, when two nouns are closely connected
~ Point 7 – The possessive sign is put to the latter only, when two nouns are in apposition.
~ Point 8 – The possessive is attached only to the last word of noun, when a noun or a little consists of several words
