  1. Length of rectangles being x,y. From similarity 5x +4y =40
    GM^2 <= AM^2
    (5x * 4y) <= {(5x+4y)/2}^2
    Or, 20 xy <= 20^2
    Or, xy <= 20
    Ans = max area of rectangle possible is 20 sq unit
    And it can also be proved that for any triangle, Area of the rectangle placed according to the questions inside the triangle will have maximum area as half of the area of the triangle.
