Bhagavad Gita will no more be just a sacred Hindu religious scripture as it is being introduced as part of RAS 2018 exam’s curriculum.
Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has added a new unit, in the exam, called ‘Niti Shastra’ which will be added to the General knowledge and general studies paper, reports The Times of India.
The new unit will include management lessons from Bhagavad Gita and also from Mahatma Gandhi’s life. The curriculum will also include life sketch of national icons, social reformers and administrative officers.
The syllabus for RAS 2018 exam has been revised and a sub unit titled ‘Role of Bhagavad Gita in management and administration’ has been added.
