In this video, we will discuss an important concept which is the definition of an invertible function in detail.
f:X→Y is called INVERTIBLE, if there exists a function g:Y→X such that:
gof=I_x and fog=I_y
f^(-1)=g and g^(-1)=f
Class 12 NCERT Exercise 1.3 Questions 4 is discussed in this video.
If f(x)=(4x+3)/(6x-4), x≠2/3, show that fof(x)=x, for all x≠2/3. What is the inverse of f.
