Roye Bruce Dawson, age 51, passed away at his home in Brandon on Sept. 9, 2017. (November 3, 1965 – September 9, 2017 .) There will be a memorial service held for Bruce at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 15, 2017 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home in Batesville. The family will receive friends beginning at 2 p.m. prior to the service. Bruce was born in Greenwood on Nov. 3, 1965 to Richard Russell and Carolyn Kay Johnson Dawson.
